International Shipping Policy
International orders are non-refundable and, furthermore, CHLITINA will not cover the costs of any lost, misplaced, damaged, or stolen packages that ship outside of Taiwan.
CHLITINA will not assume the responsibility of paying any additional customs fees that are incurred after payment is made on our website (https://chlitina.onlineweb.shop). Any fees due at customs will be the sole responsibility of the recipient. This policy also covers the refusal or abandonment of packages at customs.
If you choose to place your international order directly through https://chlitina.onlineweb.shop, you hereby consent to these stated terms.
When will my order ship?
The majority of orders will process within 24 hours, however we ask that you allow up to 5 business days. We do not process orders over the weekends or on federally observed holidays.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. Your estimated shipping time should be displayed in this email; also using the tracking number provided you can visit the carrier’s website and through them you’ll find options to receive live updates about your shipment.

I made a mistake when placing my order. Can I change it?
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible and once the order is processed, the items in the order cannot be changed.
It may be possible to cancel your order before it ships out, however, once it has shipped, we are unable to intercept it or change any delivery details.
If the shipping address is wrong, our team will make every effort to assist you if a correction is needed. Please reach out to our Customer Support Team with your updated address and we’ll see what we can do!
